Nashville & Grand Ole Opry

So it seems that there is a big circle around Nashville and if you do google maps to find something make sure you look at all the choices of directions, 'cuz you may be just right around the corner, but the directions could take you around the city and get you there from a different interstate. :) Anyway, I really like downtown Nashville. It has similar characteristics as San Francisco. Church Street has amazing architecture that I absolutely love. I don't think I would ever want to live there, but it is still very nice.

We spontaneously decided to check out the Grand Ole Opry yesterday as we were in Nashville. It was a great time. We ended up seeing two well known artists that didn't know would be there. Rascal Flatts and Diamond Rio along with numerous other artists. It was so fun and both of us are glad we took them time to go. Here are some pics of the current location of the Grand Ole Opry and also the Ryman Auditorium.
Tennesse is such a nice state. Very beautiful, a lot of history and many places that you would want to plan on stopping to rest if you have the time.
